A personal note from Jo
Huey:
"For almost
two decades, I have passionately pursued the secrets for successful
communication and positive interaction with persons of dementia.
Specifically, I've concentrated on researching, observing, and developing
tools that enable positive encounters in those everyday situations that
can vex the most seasoned caregiver. Through hands-on experience I've been
able to uncover a set of consistent strategies, "The Ten
Absolutes", that continually produce extraordinary results. I'm truly
excited and privileged to have this opportunity to share with you the best
of what I've learned. You already possess the foundation of quality care -
dedication. Allow me to help you build on that foundation to achieve a new
level of performance and satisfaction."
